Quick Info Fairfield Lake State Park Website 123 State Park Rd 64 Fairfield TX 75840 903-389-4514 Trail Info 20 miles of mountain biking / hiking trails. 3 miles to get to primitive camping area. 2 mile nature trail. 1 mile bird watching trail. Trail Review We only went on the trails taking us to the primitive camping areas. The trail wasn't too difficult but is sandy/clay terrain. It rained like crazy the night we camped so getting out on that sandy/clay soil was really hard with our bikes. Each time we biked in an out we saw and or heard wild pigs. There was a fire ring and hooks for backpacks provided at each site. There was also a flush toilet right near the camp. Every night we heard wild pigs. It sounded like they were very close to our tent but they never bothered us. It was a bit intimidating though.
